COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor, Bayside BSM80B-75AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldwin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner-Engineering such as the MSR4424Y spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20621 manufactured by Baldwin and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldwin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T30UDNB by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BISM4100700104S92 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BMLS1B0Q51GM400G0 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GMMSR2424Y made by Banner as well as the popular PPROCAM13S original spares produced by Banner-Engineering Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 39915D by Baumaśller and BMLS1B0Q51GM400G0 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 18762 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner-Engineering. |
